Join the CIO Executive Council's Women in Leadership (WIL) community on Monday, August 15th for our annual WIL Luncheon. The CEC is excited to partner in this special luncheon with our corporate sponsor, Dell Services. We hope you can join us for this fantastic opportunity to network and participate in a lively activity with other senior women leaders and discuss issues that are important to you.

Highlights will include:

  • Opening remarks by Mona Charif, VP, Marketing and Communications, Dell Services
  • Facilitated team-based activity to address challenges for women IT leaders

Pam Stenson, President, CIO Executive Council

With 25+ years experience in technology and management and a life-long dedication to developing great leaders, Pam Stenson, President of CIO Executive Council from IDG, is charged with advocating and influencing this community of the senior-most global business pioneers. Having been part of the CEC since February 2007, she is the 2013 recipient of the prestigious IDG Communications Entrepreneur of the Year award as well as serving on the board of the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). Pam is also extremely active with Suffolk University’s Center for Entrepreneurship, and is Chair for CIO Executive Council’s Women in Leadership program.


Mona Charif, Vice President, Marketing and Communications, Dell Services

Mona Charif is Dell Services’ Vice President of Marketing and Communications. She leads strategy and execution to increase awareness and generate demand for Infrastructure and Cloud Computing, Applications, Business Process Outsourcing Services and industry verticals. Mona has broad knowledge in Information Technology and Outsourcing with more than 20 years of operational and leadership experience supporting sales and growth objectives of Fortune 100 companies. She serves as co-chair of the “Wise” Employee Resource Group at Dell, an organization dedicated to the acquisition, retention and development of female talent. Mona also serves as a chair on Dell’s North America Giving Council and is Dell’s Executive Sponsor to the American Red Cross.
